摘要
本文根据金属针布齿条热处理淬火的特殊要求 ,研究了快速加热淬火条件下不同球化原始组织对金属针布齿条耐磨性和使用寿命的影响 ,文章指出在细晶马氏体基体上分布着细小、弥散的碳化物颗粒有利于提高金属针布齿条的耐磨性。
According to card clothing rack's special requirements for quenching,the effect of different spheroidal pearlite structure on metallic card clothing rack's wear resistance and service life was investigated.This paper indicated that.minute and dispersed carbide particulates scattering in martensite matrix is help to improve metallic card clothing rack's wear resistance.
