高分段采矿技术试验研究

An Experimental Study on High Sublevel Mining Technology

分段空场法是开采中厚及中厚以上矿体的高效采矿方法。为提高国内矿山应用这种采矿法的采场生产能力,在柿竹园有色金属矿进行了高分段采矿技术的试验研究。试验中将试验采场划分为22m和43m两个分段,在凿岩硐室内用环形深孔钻机钻凿 105mm的上、下向垂直平行深孔,采用大孔距小抵抗线微差爆破崩矿,崩矿后,用铲运机在采场底部出矿。试验取得了成功,为我国中厚以上矿体的开采提供了一种新技术。

Sublevel open stope mining is a highly efficient mining method for mining medium-to-thick orebodies. In order to raise the mining productivity of stopes in Chinese mines, an experimental study was carried out on the high sublevel mining system in Shizhuyuan nonferrous metals mine. During the experiment, the test stope was divided into two sublevels with a height of 22m and 43m each. In the drilling chamber, 105mm upward and downward vertical parallel deep holes were drilled using the ring deep hole drill. Millisecond delay blasting was used for fragmentation with burdens of big inter-hole-bottom distances. After fragmentation, LHD units were used for ore removal from the bottom of the stope. The test proved a success, offering a new technology for mining medium-to-thick orebodies in China.
