摘要
高压水射流技术是当今钢铁除鳞的主流技术。文章从高压水喷水方式的确定入手,分析了几种不同除鳞方案的利弊。为了适应不同钢种除鳞时对系统压力和流量的要求,认为"大流量高压泵+卸荷阀+变频器"的配套方案可利用变频器调整高压泵的流量,可满足不同的要求,且可达到节能的目的。
Currently, high pressure water jet is the mainstay technology for descaling billets. The paper, starting from the jetting modes of high pressure water, reviews the advantages and disadvantages of several different descaling schemes. Descaling different billets poses varying requirements for the system pressure and flow.It is the author's view that the combined scheme of 'high flow and high pressure pump + unloading valve + frequency converter' can satisfy different requirements by regulating the flow of the high pressure pump which can be achieved by the frequency converter. In addition, the scheme is energy saving.
