摘要
研究了在深圳地区配制双掺桩基混凝土的技术途径,包括原材料适用性、配合比设计、高效减水剂及矿物掺合料的双掺技术等。配制出强度等级为C25,工作性能好,可泵性强,各项力学性能、长期和耐久性能均优越的双掺桩基混凝土,并对其强度的增长规律及其影响因素进行了探讨。对双掺桩基混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度、轴心抗压强度、弹性模量、干燥收缩、抗碳化及抗渗性能进行了试验研究。
The paper deals with the technical method of compoundin g the pile concrete in Shenzhen ,including materials applicability,mix proportio n design and the technique for using two forms of additives- high range water re ducer and mineral admixture. The pile concrete of C25 grade with superior workab ility, pump ability, mechanical properties, long term performance and durability has been developed, of which the strength development with the age of concrete and it's influencing factors are discussed. Beside, the splitting tensile stren gth, breaking strength, axial compressive strength, elastic modulus, dry shrinka ge, carbonation resistance and permeability to water were tested for the pile co ncrete.
