摘要
模拟分析了采煤机在牵引方向上的动力学行为,对采煤机牵引方向动力学模型进行了计算机仿真研究,讨论了各主要部件质量、刚度、滚筒转速与载荷等主要参数的变化及对采煤机动力学行为的影响程度和趋势,为改进采煤机设计、减轻机器的振动和改善其动态特性提供了理论方法和可靠的依据。
A shearer dynamic behavior along the traction is simulated and analyzed in the paper, and effects of component mass, rigidities of the machine, revolution speed and load of drum on vibration of the shearer are discussed, which provides a theoretical method and reliable foundation for improving the machine design, reducing its vibration and perfecting its dynamic performances.
