DC-AC变换的电钻电源系统

摘要 针对当前我国煤矿电钻电源的使用现状,设计了DC—AC变换的电钻电源系统。该电源系统直接利用SPWM变频控制技术,将井下直流电机车架空线所提供的直流电转变成频率是50Hz的127V稳定交流电,同时,该设计使各控制电路简化、结构紧凑、成本降低。 Directed at the current practice of our mine, the paper introduces the development of the power system of electric drill based on DC-AC. The system permits the direct adoption of the technique of SPWM frequency conversation control. The system is characterized by changing the DC provided by trolly wire of DC motor into stable AC. It is beneficial to manufacture and application. It yields an extremely satisfactory economic benefit and social benefit.
