摘要 文理渗透已成为当前世界理工院校的一种发展趋势。我国一些理工院校尽管意识到了人文教育的重要性,但其人文教育体系还缺乏系统性、规范性及科学性,尤其是人文、社会科学师资队伍建设不够完备。要培养出高素质复合型的创新人才,理工院校必须加强科学教育与人文教育的融合,转变传统“文”、“理”、“工”等不同学科门类的观念,大力推行人文社会科学辅修专业和双学位制,加强人文社科师资队伍建设、教材建设,将人文素质教育当作一项系统工程,常抓不懈。 Permeation of liberal arts and science has become a developing trend of scientific and engineering colleges in current world. In our china although some scientific and engineering colleges have realized the significance of human literature education, there occures the lack of systemization, standardization and scientific natures in human literature educational system, especially unimplementation of teacher'team construction in human literature and social science. In order to foster the innovation talents with high quality and combination, the scientific and engineering colleges must strengthen the harmony of scientific education and human literature education, transform the traditional sense of the different categories of 'literature', 'science', 'engineering' etc., promote and carry out the policy of human literature and social science with the auxiliary of other professions and double degrees, enhance the teacher's team construction of human literature and social science and textbook construction, finally should take the human literature education as a system engineering to implement constantly.
