摘要
为了综合评价西安市的水资源开发利用程度,采用可拓方法建立了综合评价模型,评价结果表明,西安市水资源开发处于发展阶段,其他地区如周至、高陵的水资源开发处于初始阶段。这一结果与模糊综合评价模型的评价结果相一致,而且更符合实际情况。
In order to comprehensively evaluate developmental and utilization extensions of water resources in Xian city, the model of comprehensive evaluation on developmental and utilization extensions of water resources is built up by applying the extension method. The water resources development and utilization in Xian city which has a definite scope is in developmental stage, the rest cities which have great developmental potentialities are in initial stage, such as Zhouzhi, Gaoling. The result shows that it is consistent with the result of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
