This paper points out that wastewater reuse is a system engineering and it needs the coordination of many respects.The author discusses these respects of the benefits and feasibility of waste water reutilization,the reform of water price,the foundation of market competition system of waste water treatment,the investment and financing,the quality monitoring of reuse water,the city planning,the reform of municipal water supply and drainage systems and the reform of building water supply and drainage systems.
