摘要
在分析研究现有的水轮机引水部件内部流动和设计理论的基础上 ,文中基于N S方程 ,标准的k ε紊流模型 ,采用贴体坐标和非结构化网格 ,用SIMPLE算法 ,对带蜗壳的导水机构双列叶栅进行三维不可压定常粘性流动数值模拟 ,详细研究了导水机构水动力学特性 ,计算出导叶上的水作用力和水力矩系数 ,其计算结果与实验值相吻合 ,为正确的选择导水机构接力器。
This paper presents that numerical simulation of internal flow through diversion components consisting of the spiral and tandem cascade.Numerical simulation model of three dimensional viscous flow in casing and tandem cascade is based on,the solution of Navier Stokes equations with the standard model of turbulence the body fitted curvilinear coordinate and SIMPLE algorithm is adopted.The governing equation are discretizated hit no staggered grid by means of finite volume method.In this paper the results of investigation are compared to experimented result.The analysis can be used to applying inflow boundary of calculation of the runner and the pressure coefficient of guide apparatus.
