摘要 第一、当供电范围、负荷水平及其特性、水电电源点已定时 ,水电站根据本身的保证电能只能求得一个装机容量 ,那种以同一保证电能在负荷图不同位置上截取几个装机容量的做法不妥。第二、补偿水电站的最小出力、补偿保证出力、装机容量三者之间有其内在的对应匹配关系 ,要调整时应三者同时对应调整 。 First, once the range of power supply, load level, load characteristics, and hydropower source location have been determined, only one installed capacity value is available for the hydropower station on the basis of the guaranteed energy itself.It is improper to obtain a number of values of installed capacity from various operating ranges on the load curve based on the same guaranteed energy value. Second, there exits an internally corresponding matching relationship among such three values as the minimum output, guaranteed compensating output and installed capacity of the hydropower station with compensating function. The three values should be adjusted accordingly simultaneously if any. The adjustment of one or two values while keeping the rest original is unacceptable.
