摘要
导板是线材轧机的关键备件 ,要求有优良的耐磨性、抗断裂性、抗粘钢性和热冲击抗力。常用高镍铬钢导板和高铬铸铁导板满足不了上述要求 ,使用寿命短 ,更换频繁 ,降低了轧机作业率 ,增大了工人劳动强度。高速钢具有硬度高、红硬性好和耐磨性好等特点 ,但铸造高速钢脆性大 ,通过调整高速钢成分和采用 RE—Mg— Ti复合变质处理 ,可改变共晶碳化物的形态和分布 ,使高速钢冲击韧性大幅度提高 ,变质处理高速钢导板使用中不粘钢、不断裂 。
In a wire rod mill,the rolling mill guides are a key spare parts, Some property as excellent wear resistance, fracture resistance, dead burning resistance and hot shock resistance are required. Ordinary rolling mill guides made by the high Nickel Chromium cast alloy and the high Chromium cast iron don't meet above requirements. They have short service life and fast replacing cycles.The working rate of rolling mill is decreased.The working strength of the worker is increased. High speed steel(HSS) has high hardness,good red hardness and excellent wear resistance.The eutectic carbides in cast HSS are distributed into network.The cast HSS has high brittlencess.By means of adjusting HSS compositions and inoculating HSS with RE-Mg-Ti,the shape and distribution of eutectic carbides can be improved,impact toughness of HSS can be obviously increased.During using in a wire rod mill,inoculating HSS rolling mill guides don't stick steel and fracture,their wear resistance is more excellent than ordinary rolling mill guides.
