对制备超细NiO粉末热分解动力学过程的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 对制备超细 Ni O粉末的中间产品 Ni CO3热分解过程的动力学进行了研究。通过分析气—固反应的动力学步骤 ,以及原始颗粒半径与反应时间的关系 ,得出化学反应为此分解过程的控制步骤。通过建立质量分数与温度变化的关系函数 ,画出了热分解的 logφ— 1 /T图 ,通过测定图中各直线的斜率 ,计算出了活化能 。 This papers makes study of kinetics of decomposition of the middle produce NiCO 3 when NiO powders is made.By analyzing the kinetics steps of the gs reaction and the relationship between the original radius of particles and their reaction time,controlling step of the reaction is believed to be chemical reaction.By building the function of quality percent and temperature,the picture of logφ-1/T is dawn and the reaction activation energy is 135 22 kJ/mol by calculating its gradient and the controlling step of the reaction is chemical reaction.
