摘要
对涟钢 5 #高炉在吨铁渣量达 3 4 0～ 3 5 0 kg的条件下 ,2 0 0 2年 7月 1 4日取消上渣操作前后的高炉操作指标进行了对比分析。涟钢 5 #高炉由此避免了渣口损坏、利用系数提高 0 .0 5 t/m3· d、一级品率提高 9.3 5 %、综合焦比下降 1 5 .2 4 kg/t铁 。
This papers analyzes and compares an operating indexes of No.5 BF before and after slag-free operation at LISG on July.14 2002 It is based on 340～350 kg/t slag yield.As the results,damaging of the slagging door was avoided.The productivity and the ratio of the first grade product of No.5 BF were raised 0.05 t/m 3·d and 9 35% respectively.The ratio of synthetic coke-to-metal was reduced 15 24 kg/t,and the intensity of labor is lightened now.
