摘要
以过量的 (甲基 )丙烯酸与聚乙二醇部分酯化作为混合单体 ,合成了含磺酸基、羧酸基和聚氧化乙烯基侧链的聚羧酸减水剂 .根据引发剂分解的半衰期 ,选择适当的反应时间和温度 ,由不同基团的摩尔比确定减水剂聚合物分子重复单元的化学结构 .通过测定反应物残余不饱和双键浓度和水泥浆体流动性 。
The synthesis technology of water reducer containing polyethylene oxide (PEO) graft chains (PEO side chains), as well as sulfonic groups and carboxylic groups was discussed. The blended monomers consisted of acrylic acid and polyethylene glycol which was partially esterized with the overdosed acrylic acid. The reaction time and temperature of synthesis were selected according to the half life of initiator. The unit chemical structure of the polymer is proposed considering the molar ratio of comonomers. By testing the concentration of double bond in the residue and the cement paste fluidity, the synthesis conditions of the polycarboxylic type water reducer were determined.
