聚合物/粘土纳米复合材料研究现状及应用前景 被引量:6

Research and Applications of Polymer/Montmorillonite Nanocomposites by Intercalation Process

摘要 阐述了聚合物 /粘土纳米复合材料 (PCN)的制备方法 ,并简要描述了蒙脱土的基本性质及其有机改性机理 ,讨论了插层法制备PCN的合成方法以及PCN的性能、表征、热力学及动力学行为 。 In this paper, firstly, all kinds of preparation of polymer/clay nanocomposites(PCN) are summarized up, properties and organic treatment of MMT are briefly described. Secondly, the recent developments in synthesis, characterization, properties and analysis of thermodynamics and kinetics in PCN made by intercalative methods are reviewed. Finally, potential application prospects of this material are also evaluated.
