摘要
针对新疆八一钢铁公司槽钢生产存在的问题,对其变形条件进行了分析。通过对孔型系统的改进,使金属在孔型中的变形更为合理,变形分配更均匀,轧制更稳定,从而消除了成品外观缺陷,同时实现了负偏差轧制。
