摘要
基于非晶态金属团簇 (cluster)结构模型 ,将Mie理论引进非晶电输运问题 ,对非晶态合金的高温段及紧邻晶化前电阻率极大峰的机理作了进一步分析和讨论 ,认为产生 ρm′峰是由于在正常电子 声子散射的基底上叠加上晶化前cluster对电子临界散射的结果。
On base of cluster structure model, Mie Theory is introduced into the problem of electrical transportation in amorphous alloys. The resistivity maximum of amorphous alloys near temperature Tg is further discussed. The resistivity maxiumum of amorphous alloys near temperature Tg is due to the contribution from scattering of both phonon and cluster.
