摘要
自行设计制造了能实现工艺参数自动控制的深冷处理系统,研究了深冷处理工艺过程中降温速率、深冷处理温度以及升温速率等工艺参数对GCr15钢相对耐磨性的影响规律。研究表明,GCr15钢经过深冷处理后,相对耐磨性得到不同程度的提高,在所选参数范围内,相对耐磨性变化幅度达13%~92%。深冷处理温度越低,变温速率越小,相对耐磨性提高越显著。
Cryogenic treatment system with which the treatment factor could be controlled automatically was designed and fabricated in this research. The effect of temperature descending rate, treatment temperature and calefactive rate on the relative wear resistance of GCr15 was investigated. It was shown that, the relative wear resistance of GCr15 was enhanced to different degrees after being cryogenic treated. Furthermore, the increased gap of the relative wear resistance changed obviously such as 13%~92%. The lower the cryogenic treatment temperature was, the more the relative wear resistance was enhanced. The lower the temperature changing rate was, the more the relative wear resistance was enhanced.
