锌基合金焊丝铝含量对其熔化焊熔敷金属耐磨性的影响

摘要 讨论了锌基合金焊丝铝含量对其熔化焊熔敷金属耐磨性的影响。结果表明,随着锌基合金焊丝中铝含量(4%~27%)的增加,ZA12合金气焊焊缝区(熔敷金属)的耐磨性升高;负荷增大,熔敷金属试样的磨损也呈增加趋势。 The effects of aluminium content in zincbased alloy welding wire on the wearresistance of its fusionwelded deposited metal were investigated. It has been found that the welded zones (deposited metal) of ZA12 gas welding shows better wearresistance with increasing of aluminium content from 4% to 27%. Moreover, the wear of deposited metal samples increases with load increasing. 
