摘要
讨论了锌基合金焊丝铝含量对其熔化焊熔敷金属耐磨性的影响。结果表明,随着锌基合金焊丝中铝含量(4%~27%)的增加,ZA12合金气焊焊缝区(熔敷金属)的耐磨性升高;负荷增大,熔敷金属试样的磨损也呈增加趋势。
The effects of aluminium content in zincbased alloy welding wire on the wearresistance of its fusionwelded deposited metal were investigated. It has been found that the welded zones (deposited metal) of ZA12 gas welding shows better wearresistance with increasing of aluminium content from 4% to 27%. Moreover, the wear of deposited metal samples increases with load increasing.
