摘要
对7075铝合金管材挤压成形进行了实验研究。测试了管材挤压成形时挤压力变化规律和变形程度对挤压后管材力学性能的影响规律。指出,7075铝合金管材挤压成形时必须严格控制坯料温度、模具预热温度、润滑方式、挤压速度、挤压比等工艺参数。
The technological parameters of tube extrusion of 7075 Al alloy have been determined by experiment. Mechanical properties of 7075 Al alloy tube extruded is analyzed. The extrusion force and influence factors have also been studied. From the results of experiment, it is found that extrusion force is dependent on deformation temperature, tool temperature, ratio of extrusion, lubricant and deformation velocity.
