摘要
利用TEM和激光粒度仪对抗磨节能剂JPLUS2 0 0 0进行了研究 ,发现它是一种平均粒径在 90nm左右、粒径分布均匀的纳米材料。用各种摩擦、磨损试验机和常规理化分析手段考察JPLUS2 0 0 0的润滑性能、在油中的溶解分散性能及对各种金属的腐蚀性。结果表明 ,JPLUS2 0 0 0具有减少摩擦、提高油品承载能力和抗磨损的特性 ,它的酸值小 ,不腐蚀金属 ,在油中有良好的溶解分散性能 ,是一种性能优良的润滑油纳米添加剂。
The size of JPLUS2000 anti-friction and energy-saving agent was determined by using TEM and laser microsizer. It was found that JPLUS2000 was a kind of nanometric materials with the particle diameter of about 90 nm and narrow distribution of particle size. When JPLUS was used as an additive in lube oil, its lubricating performance, its soluble and dispersion capacity, and the degree of metals corrosion were investigated by using various friction and wear test machines, and also examined by routine physical and chemical analysis methods. The results showed that the JPLUS2000 added oil presented good performances in anti-friction, anti-wear and bearing capacity, and it possessed low acidity value, no metal corrosion and high soluble dispersion capacity in oil. JPLUS2000 is a suitable nanometric additive for lube oil.
