The technical targets of Fly Ash from LIFAC Sulpur Removal Process(LIFAC-FA) and strength of cement and concrete mixed LIFAC-FA were measured and analyzed. The effect of free calcium existed in LIFAC-FA on soundness of cement and concrets were studied in detail.
