摘要
应用微极流体理论 ,考虑到流体的可压缩性和热效应 ,建立了微极流体动力润滑的基本方程 .进行了重载工况下含固体微粒润滑流体弹流润滑数值分析 ,获得了微极参数对润滑油膜压力、形状、温度以及摩擦力的影响分布 ,进一步探讨了其润滑机理和微极效应 .
The governing hydrodynamic Lubrication equations for micropolar fluids are presented based on the theory of micropolar fluids. The lubricant compressibility and thermal effect are taken into consideration. A full numerical analysis for two phase solid -liquid Lubricants is obtained and the effect of micropolar parameters on the film pressure, thickness, temperature and coefficients of friction is investigated. The lubrication mechanism and micropolar effect are also discussed.
