摘要
连云港市沿海水工钢筋混凝土结构大多建于 2 0世纪 5 0~ 70年代 ,工程老化、混凝土碳化、钢筋锈胀、保护层剥落等病害十分严重 .从提高工程结构耐久性及施工要求出发 ,并在病害检测、分析的基础上 ,提出了采用湿喷补偿收缩水泥砂浆和高压无气喷涂环氧厚浆涂料两项新技术进行防治 ,取得了较好的效果 ,预期保护周期可达 2 0年以上 .
Because most of reinforced concrete structures were built between the 1950s and 1970s, the deterioration, like engineering aging. Concrete carbonization, steel's rusting as well as exfoliation of protective layer are very serious. Considering to enhance the durability of construction structures and construction requirements, on the basis of testing and analysis, two new technologes are suggested in the paper, which are wet blasting's compensating shrunk cement mortar and high pressure airless spraying of epoxy high build coating. Both are used to prevent future deterioration and prove to be effective. The protection cycle is expected to be over 20 years with remarkable economic benefits.
