摘要
采用改变溶液酸碱度来控制TiCl4 水解速度的方法 ,制备了二氧化钛纳米微晶光催化剂。以造纸废水的光催化降解为研究体系 ,测定了经过不同温度煅烧后TiO2 粉体的催化能力 ,发现TiO2 粉体于100℃热处理2h ,造纸废水COD降低了78.3 % ;400℃煅烧2h ,COD降低了53.7 %。研究表明 ,TiO2 表面物理吸附的水和过多的Ti-OH会降低光催化活性 ,适量的Ti-OH有利于光催化氧化。
By controlling the hydrolysis of titanium tetrachloride with adding(NH4)2SO4 and NH4OH,the preparation of titanium dioxide nano-crystalline photocatalysts was investigated.Particulate suspensions of nanosized TiO2 catalyzed the oxidation of waste water for paper-making under UV irradiation.The results showed that 78.3% of COD waste water for papaer-making was degraded with TiO2 at 100 ℃ for 2 h,and 53.7% of COD was degraded when TiO2 was calcined at 400 ℃ for 2 h.Species adsorbed by titanium dioxide such as H2O and OH play a significant role in photocatalytic activity.
