By learning the producing craft of the melting agent and related equipments, the main factor which affect the Efficiency of the tower of fermented glutinous was analyzed and how to choose the temperature of the top of the tower as the chief controlled data was introduced, The result showed that the top temperature of the tower of fermented glutinous was controlled more steady by using the method of controlling it by steps. So the level of producing the melting agent was greatly improved.
