摘要 通过对溶剂生产工艺和相关设备的了解 ,来说明影响醪塔工作效率的主要因素及如何将醪塔塔顶温度选择为被调节过程的主参数 ,并进一步阐述醪塔顶温采用串级调节方式进行过程控制后 ,而使醪塔顶温的控制趋于更加稳定 ,从而让溶剂的生产水平得到了进一步的提高。 By learning the producing craft of the melting agent and related equipments, the main factor which affect the Efficiency of the tower of fermented glutinous was analyzed and how to choose the temperature of the top of the tower as the chief controlled data was introduced, The result showed that the top temperature of the tower of fermented glutinous was controlled more steady by using the method of controlling it by steps. So the level of producing the melting agent was greatly improved.
