摘要
研究了稀硫酸介质中 ,痕量铁 (Ⅲ )催化过氧化氢氧化甲基橙褪色的新指示反应及动力学条件 ,测定了反应速度常数和表观活化能 ,建立了催化动力学光度法测痕量铁 (Ⅲ )的新方法。其灵敏度达到 3.2× 10 - 1 1 g mL ,线性范围是 0~ 0 .3μgFe3 + 2 5mL。应用于砂糖、人发中痕量铁 (Ⅲ )的测定 ,结果满意。
The oxidation of methyl orange by hydrogen peroxide in sulfuric acid medium using trace iron (Ⅲ) as catalyst and the kinetic condition were investigated in this paper.The reaction speed constant and apparent activation energy have been determined. A catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace iron(Ⅲ) has been set up,The sensitivity of method is 3.2×10 -11 g/mL,The linear range of iron(Ⅲ) is 0~0.3 μg Fe 3+ /25 mL?The method has been applied to the determination of trace iron(Ⅲ) in granulated sugar?hair with satisfactory results.
