摘要
研究了磁性聚丙烯 ( PP)纤维中磁粉含量、纤维的皮芯比、添加的磁粉种类及纤维后拉伸等对纤维的磁性能的影响。结果表明 :纤维的磁性能随着芯层物料中磁粉含量的增加而增强 ,但磁粉含量不能过高 ,一般在 90 %以下。纤维的磁性能随皮芯比的增大而降低 ,皮芯比一般控制在 7/ 3~ 3/ 7。磁粉类型对纤维的磁性有一定影响。纤维经后拉伸后 。
The factors affecting the magnetism of magnetic PP fiber were studied, including content of magnetic powder, sheath-core ratio, magnetic powder variety and after-drawing. The results showed that the magnetism of the fiber increased with increasing the content of magnetic powder in the core component and decreased with increasing the sheath-core ratio. But the content of magnetic powder should be lower than 90%, and the sheath-core ratio about in the range of 7/3~3/7. Rare-earth contributed the best magnetism to the fiber, strontic ferrite took second place, and the last was barium ferrite. The fiber lost some magnetism after after-drawing.
