摘要
对从日本帝人公司引进的原酯交换法连续聚合生产中聚酯添加剂的用量进行优化 ,分别减少了醋酸钴、二氧化钛、醋酸锌、稳定剂的添加量 ,并在工业装置上进行试验。结果将醋酸钴 ,醋酸锌和稳定剂用量降低 5 0 % ,二氧化钛用量由 0 .35 %降至 0 .2 9%后 ,产品质量得到提高 。
The amount of additives was optimized for polyester production by esterification on a continuous polymerization unit imported from Teijin Company, Japan. The experimental reduction of cobalt acetate, titanium dioxide, zine acetate and stabilizer was conducted seperately on a commercial plant. The results showed that when the amount of cobalt acetate, zine acetate and stabilizer was decreased by 50% and the amount of titanium dioxide was decreased to 0 29% from 0 35%, the product quality was improved with the reduced production cost.
