摘要 采用硫氰酸钠为溶剂 ,湿法二步法工艺生产扁平腈纶 ,探讨了喷丝板的选型和生产工艺的优化。认为生产扁平腈纶的关键技术在于选择有一定长宽比的扁平喷丝孔 ,尽量增大喷丝孔的长径比 ,确定好纺丝成形条件和纺丝后加工工艺 ,工业化试验可以生产出长宽比达 6∶ Using NaSCN as solvent, flat acrylic fiber was produced by two-step wet spinning process. The selection of spinneret shape and the optimization of process conditions were discussed. It was considered that the key to the production of flat acrylic fiber lies in the selection of a flat spinneret hole with a certainL/D ratio. TheL/D ratio should be increased as great as possible. The practical experiments showed that the flat acrylic fiber with the ratio of length and width of above 6∶1 could be produced under the optimal formation conditions and after-processing conditions.
