摘要
采用闪爆处理技术处理大麻纤维,分析阐述了闪爆处理过程。通过化学脱胶、化学分析、X—射线衍射、物理机械等手段分析闪爆处理前后大麻纤维脱胶、化学组分和理化性能的变化。结果表明,闪爆处理技术能够有效去除胶质,减少非纤维素成分,纤维素的比率明显提高;同时,经闪爆处理后的大麻纤维上染性能明显增强,提高了化学试剂的可及度,而且纤维(束)的强度没有降低。
The process of explosion of hemp fibers was studied. The degumming ratio, chemical composition and physical-chemical properties were investigated by degumming, chemical and mechanical methods, X-ray diffraction and so on. Results showed that the chemical composition of hemp fibers treated by explosion was separated effectively, and the content of cellulose was increased. The reactive ability of the hemp fibers was improved after it was treated by explosion. In addition, the strength of the hemp fibers did not decline.
