硝基苯水洗废水通常直接进入废水处理系统 ,将其循环套用于硝基苯粗品的中和后 ,在确保物料洗涤效果的同时 ,硝基苯生产废水量减少 5 0 %左右 ,废水一级处理的蒸汽用量下降近 5 5 % 。
The wash water(WW) procuced in the washing of crude nitrobenzene(NB) is reused in neutralization of crude NB.SO that the amount of WW in NB production is decresaed about 50% and the steam needed in WW treatment is decrease nearly 55%, while the washing and neutralizing effect of crude NB is unchanged.
