摘要
分析了航空仪表及电气插拔元件的镀银工艺存在的问题 ,提出了电刷镀铑新工艺 ,介绍了该工艺的特点、过程及影响质量的因素 ,论述了该工艺的可行性。
The existing quality problems of silver plating process in aeronautical instruments and electric tube base elements are analyzed.A new technology of electric brush rhodanising is introduced.The characteristics and process of the new technology and factors which influence quality are discussed.It is pointed out that the new technology is feasible.
