石胆草化学成分的研究

Studies on the Chemical Constituents from Herba of Corallodiscus flabellata

目的:研究石胆草的化学成分。方法:大孔吸附树脂、凝胶、硅胶柱色谱分离,理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:分离并鉴定了6个化合物,香草酸(vanillic acid),3,4-二羟基苯乙醇-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷,丁香酸(sy-ringic acid),咖啡酸(caffeic acid),异类叶升麻苷(isoacteoside),阿魏酸(ferulic acid)。结论:6个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Corallodiscus flabellata.. Method: The compounds were isolated with macroporous adsorption resin, silica gel column chromatography and identified on the basis of their physiochemical and spectral data. Result: Six compounds were obtained and identified as vanillic acid, 3,4-dihydroxyphenylethyl-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, sy-ringic acid, caffeic acid, isoacteoside, ferulic acid. Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
