远程显微实验教学平台的设计与实现

摘要 远程显微实验教学平台,采用集中实验教学与远程教学相配合模式。集中实验教学实验室里除了带摄像头的显微镜、计算机及网络环境外、还配备投影仪和语音设备。并采用Web技术构建实验教学中心网站,提供虚拟的教学环境,通过网站发布学习资料,远程答疑等以实现满足学生自主学习的需要。显微实验教学网络数据库系统由Web浏览器(作用户界面),数据库服务器(作信息存储)、及连接两者的Web服务器组成,以实验教学数据库、教师管理数据库、试题管理数据库、考试管理数据库、作业管理数据库等作为支持。 The experimental teaching support platform with long-distance microscope was designed with the mode that combines centralized experimental teaching and long-distance study for students. There are microscopes with camera lens, computers and internet environment, projector, amplifier equipments in the laboratory of centralized experimental teaching. The experimental teaching center website was established with web technique, the virtual teaching environment was supplied. The promulgating study data and answering questions was realized with the website, the need of self-study for students was satisfied. Microscope experimental teaching internet database system is composed of explorer (as user?interface), database server (as information store), and the web server. The system is supported by experimental teaching database, management database of teacher, examination management database, assignment management database and so on.
