高等均值法和有限元法相结合计算穿甲弹的可靠性

摘要 高等均值法是在隐式极限状态函数下计算结构可靠性的有效方法。本文结合高等均值法和有限单元法对大长径比尾翼稳定脱壳穿甲弹进行了可靠性分析 ,考虑了载荷和材料性质的随机性、弹托和弹芯之间的配合间隙 (或过盈 ) ,得出了合理结果 ,并提出了进一步提高强度。 Advanced mean value method is an efficient method in reliability analysis under the condition of implicit limited state functions. Combined with the finite element method, the reliability of armor piercing fin stabilized discarding sabot projectiles having large slenderness ratio was calculated. Randomness of the bore pressure,the mechanical property of materials, and the tolerances between the sabot and core are all taken into consideration, so that appropriate results are obtained. Furthermore, the suggestions on improvements in its strength and reliability are proposed.
