11种食用菌的粗多糖抗S-180肉瘤的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 用口磨 (Tricholomasp .)、松口蘑 (Tricholomamatsutake)、冬虫夏草C1 5(Cordycepssinensis)等 1 1种食用菌的粗多糖进行抗肿瘤药物实验。结果显示 :1 1种粗多糖能使带有S - 1 80腹水瘤的昆明小鼠生命延长率提高到 6 .60 %~ 31 .74% ,其中以口蘑多糖效果最佳 ,可达 31 .47% ,口蘑、冬虫夏草C1 5、香菇 (Lentinusedodes)三种多糖对带瘤小鼠的生命延长率达到了显著水平。该结果不定期表明 :虽属于同类冬虫夏草 ,但因菌株不同 ,以致抗S - 1 80腹水瘤效果差异悬殊 ,两者相差达 1 6 .75 %。以上菌种粗多糖抗S - 1 80肉瘤的最适注射剂量为 1 0mg·kg- 1 ·d- 1 。 Eleven polysaccharides isolated from edible fungi,prologed life-span 6.60%~31.74% when they were injected intraperitioneally into kunming mice bearing sarcoma 180,among which the polysaccharide obtained from tricholoma sp.exhibited the highest elongation rate of 31.47%.The elongation rate of mice with sarcoma 180 reaches singnificance level when the mice were treated with polysaccharide of Tricholoma sp.,Cordyceps sinensis C\-\{15\} and Lentinus edodes respectively.The results also indicated that despite of same kind of Cordyceps,different strains caused great disparity of effect against sarcoma 180,which showed 16.75%.The optimal injectioneal dose of several polysaccharides above mentioned was 10 mg\5kg\+\{-1\}\5d\+\{-1\}.
