乳腺癌中P21基因产物的表达及其临床意义

Expression of P21 protein in breast cancer and its significance

目的:通过探讨P21的表达与乳腺癌发生、发展、病理特征、淋巴结转移、预后的关系,为临床诊断和治疗提供新的参考指标。方法:应用免疫组化SABC法检测41例乳腺癌组织中P21基因产物的表达。结果:P21阳性产物染色定位于细胞核中,在乳腺癌中阳性率为80.5%。P21表达与ER、PR、淋巴结转移无相关性,与患者5年生存率密切相关(P>0.05)。结论:P21表达可作为判断乳腺癌预后的一个重要指标。

Objective To study the levels of P21protein expression in human breast cancer and its relationship with pathogenesis,development,pathological type,lymph node metastasis and clinical signifi-cance.Method:Immunohistochmical SABC method was used to detect the P21protein expression in41breast cancer tissues.Results:The immunochemical positive reactivity pattern of the anti-P21antibody was identified in the nucleus and its positive rate was80.5%.The P21expression was associated with five-year survival rate but not correlated with age,ER,PR andlymph node metastasis.Conclusion:P21plays an impor-tant role in the cell cycle and might be an important indicative item for the prognosis of breast cancer.
