区域灌注莪术油等中药治疗姑息性切除术后晚期大肠癌

TREATING ADVANCED CARCINOMA OF LARGE INTESTINES AFTER PALLIATIVE OPERATION BY CHINESE MEDICINE TURMERIC RHIZONE OIL ETC VIA AN IMPLANTED PUMP POURING INTO LOCAL REGION

目的 :探讨莪术油等中药制剂经植泵区域灌注治疗姑息性切除术后晚期大肠癌的可行性与治疗效果。方法 :将 4 2例晚期大肠癌姑息切除术后病人分为治疗组 2 2例 ,对照组 2 0例 ,治疗组用莪术油、生脉散和羟基喜树碱等中药制剂经植泵区域灌注治疗 ,对照组用 5 -Fu和羟基喜树碱经植泵区域灌注治疗 ;比较两组近期效果 ,如症状改善、食欲、体重、生活质量以及远期效果。结果 :治疗组在近期效果和远期效果上都优于对照组。结论 :用莪术油等中药经植泵区域灌注治疗姑息性切除术后晚期大肠癌是有效的、可行的。

Objective:To find out the possibility of treating advanced carcinoma of large intestines after palliative operation by ready made Chinese medicine turmeric rhizone oil etc via an implanted pump pouring into local region. Method: We set up 22 cases as the treated group, 20 cases as the contrast group, in which the early and further stage results were contrasted. Result:On both the early and further stage, the results of the treated group were better than those of the contrast group,and statistical analyse showed that the difference was remarkable.Conclusion:It is possible and effective to treat advanced large intestine carcinomas after palliative operation by using ready made Chinese medicine turmeric rhizone oil etc via an implanted pump.
