摘要
目的 :探讨RFA治疗对机体免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用开腹直视下行兔肝VX2 肿瘤RFA治疗 ,定期用MTT法检测兔外周血T淋巴细胞活性及分泌IL 2的能力和腹腔巨噬细胞的活性。结果 :RFA治疗组的荷瘤兔T淋巴细胞活性及分泌IL 2的能力和腹腔巨噬细胞的活性均较手术治疗组和自身治疗前有显著提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :RFA治疗可以提高机体的细胞免疫力 。
Objective:To investigate the effect of RFA treatment and its influence on immunological function.Methods:Rabbit VX 2 cancer in liver was treated with RFA by the help of laparotomy,the activity and IL 2 secretion of T Lymphocytes cells of rabbit blood and the activity of macrophages in cavitas abdom inis were measured regularly by MTT colorimetric assay.Results:Compared to control and pretreatment groups,the activity and IL 2 secretion of T Lymphocytes cells and the activity of macrophages in cavitas abdominis of radio frequency ablation(RFA) treatment group were improved significantly ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of radio frequency ablation (RFA) can improve cellular immunity,it is a effective method of cancer treatment.
