食管癌术后胸内食管吻合口瘘12例分析

To Analyse 12 Cases of the Esophagus-stomach Anastomotic Fistula Inside Thorax

目的 :探讨食管癌术后胸内吻合口瘘的原因以及防治方法。方法 :采用置管持续冲洗的保守治疗方案。结果 :12例中 1例二次开胸治愈 ,其余 9例均采用保守治疗方案治愈出院。结论 :食管癌术后发生胸内吻合口瘘的原因是多方面的 ;充分的术前准备 。

Objective:To explore the reason of the anastomotic fistula and mehtod of prevention and cure of esophagus cancer after operatioy.Methods:Adopting placing mangaging going on conservative curing scheme effect which washed well; 1 example is operated once more to cure in 12 cases, and all the other 9 examples all adopt conservatively to cure leaving hospital.Conclusion:The reason of the exophagus stomach anastomotic fistula inside thoracic cavity after operation is many sided; Preparing before the operation, raising the skill and scheme curing correct after surgical operation can reduce the esophagus stomach anastomotic fistula inside thoracic cavith.
