微血管计数与大肠癌肝转移及复发的相关性探讨

Microvessel quantification and its possible relation with liver metastasis and recurrence in colorectal cancer

目的 :分析肿瘤血管形成的参数 微血管计数与大肠癌肝转移的关系。方法 :应用鼠抗人Ⅷ因子抗体免疫组化法染色后微血管计数回顾性研究了 72例进展期大肠癌组织标本 ,其中 12例有肝转移。结果 :无肝转移的大肠癌微血管计数平均值为 31 7± 11 6 ,而发生肝转移的大肠癌微血管计数平均值为 35 9± 11 5 ,明显高于无肝转移的大肠癌 (P <0 0 1)。复发的 8例MVD值 35 2± 10 7,显著高于未复发的MVD值 31 9± 11 3(P <0 0 1)。结论 :用免疫组化印迹方法对大肠癌微血管计数显示 。

Objective:To analysis the relationship between microvessel density(MVD) as a parameter of tumor agiogenesis and liver metastasis in colorectal cancer.Methods:Vascular quantitative study was conducted by using immunohistochemical staining method.Vascularization was assessed by counting vessels stained for factorⅧ related antigen.A total of 72 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were evaluated(12 with liver metastasis).Results:A significantly higher MVD 35.9±11.5 was observed in the tumors with liver metastasis compared with 31.7±11.6 in the tumors without liver metastasis( P <0.01).MVD was 35.2±10.7 in 8 recurrence cases and 31.9±11.3 in cases without recurrence( P <0.01).Conclusion:Microvessel quantification within a colorectal tumor using immunohistochemical staining methods has shown a significant correlation between MVD and liver metastasis and recurrence.
