头孢甲肟与替硝唑注射液配伍的稳定性考察

Study on the Stability of Cefmenoxime in Tinidazole Solution for Injection

目的 :研究头孢甲肟与替硝唑注射液的配伍稳定性 ,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法 :选择5℃、25℃、37℃在24h内观察配伍液的外观、pH值及头孢甲肟与替硝唑紫外光谱的变化 ,用紫外分光光度法测定两者的含量。结果 :其稳定性与温度有关。结论 :配伍液基本稳定 。

OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of cefmenoxime in 0 2%tinidazole injection solution so as to offer a scientific basis for rational use of drug in clinical practice METHODS:The apperance of the mixed solution was observed,pH values and changes of UV spectra of cefmenoxime and tinidazole were detected,and the contents of two main ingredients were determined by UV-spectrophotometry at 5℃,25℃ and 37℃ within 24 hours RESULTS:The stability was related to the changes in temperature CONCLUSION:The mixed solution remains stable in normal temperature,however,it can not be put at high temperature for too long time
