家兔小腿三头肌肌内神经分布研究

Study on intramuscular nerve distribution in triceps surae of rabbits

目的 本文用Sihler’s肌内神经染色法进一步研究家兔小腿三头肌亚部的划分。方法 用Sihler’s肌内神经染色法对家兔小腿三头肌进行整肌染色。结果 经Sihler’s肌内神经染色后家兔小腿三头肌的肌质呈透明或半透明冻胶状 ,肌外形完整 ,肌内肌束走行方向及腱板肉眼可见 ,神经各级分支被染成蓝紫色 ,清晰可见神经分支在肌内的分布走行 ,腓肠肌外侧头由胫神经本干发出的 3支独立的第一级神经分支支配 ,而腓肠肌内侧头和比目鱼肌亦各由 1支独立的第一级神经分支支配。结论 ①Sihler’s肌内神经染色法划分骨骼肌亚部更直观、更可靠。②腓肠肌外侧头可分出内侧、中间和外侧 3个亚部 。

Objective To investgate the intramuscular nerve branches in the tricep surae of rabbits by using the technique of Sihler's nerve staining.Methods Sihler's nerve staining technique to stain the whole triceps surae of rabbits. Results The whole muscle became transparent or semi transparent, and it's shape keeped integrately after stained. Muscle fascicles and tend plate can be seeen within the muscle, the intramuscular nerve branches were stained to be colour of purple black and it's distribution within the muscle belly was visualized clearly. It was found that Lateral gastrocnemius (LG) of the rabbits were supplied separately by the primary branches initiated from the tibial nerve, these branches then subdivid into multiple smaller branches. Medial gastrocnemius (MG) and Soleus (SOL) which were also supplied by other primary branches of tibial nerve. Conclusions ① Sihler's nerve staining technique divided the compartment of skeletal muscle is more directly and reliably.② Lateral gastrocnemius of the rabbit can be divided into medial compartment? lateral compartment and intermedial compartments , no compartment was found in SOL and MG.
