膀胱癌细胞-基底膜粘附力与肿瘤浸润转移关系初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :分离高浸润转移能力的膀胱癌细胞亚系 ,探讨肿瘤细胞浸润能力与细胞粘附力之间的关系。方法 :利用体内和体外两种方法 ,分离出具有高浸润转移能力的细胞亚系 ,并用微管吸吮系统直接测定细胞与人工基底膜间的粘附力。结果 :成功从T2 4细胞系中分离出具有高淋巴结转移能力的细胞亚系Ts3L ,发现肿瘤细胞与基底膜间的粘附力随浸润转移能力增高而逐渐降低。结论 :高浸润转移能力细胞与基底膜粘附力减小 。 Objective To screen a high invasive and metastatic subclone from an invasive bladder cancer cell line T 24 ,and study the relationship between invasive ability and tumor cell basement adhesive strength.Methods High invasive and metastatic subclone of bladder cancer cell line was screened in vitro and in vivo,tumor cell basement adhesive strength was measured using micropipette aspiration technique.Results A high invasive and metastatic subclone Ts3L was established out from T 24 cell line successfully,and the tumor cell basement adhesive strength was decreasing significantly with the increasing of invasive ability.Conclusions Tumor cell basement adhesive strength was decreased in high invasive cancer cells,so detachment from basement membrane and formation of metastasize was easier in these cells.
