脑瘤消胶囊对^(60)Co照射增效减毒的实验研究

Effects of NAO LIU XIAO Capsule on Increasing Therapeutic Efficacy and reducing Toxicity for^(60) Co radiation

目的 :探讨脑瘤消胶囊与 60 Co合用时的增效减毒作用。方法 :以荷S180瘤小鼠为模型 ,分别测定其抑瘤率、血象变化、免疫功能和肝、肾功能。结果 :脑瘤消胶囊对 60 Co照射具有增效作用 ,其抑瘤率为 4 9.79% ,并能减轻 60 Co引起的WBC、RBC下降 ,增加免疫器官重量 ,恢复肝、肾功能。结论 :脑瘤消胶囊与 60 Co照射合用 ,可明显增加其抗癌作用并降低其毒性。

Objective To explore effects of NAO LIU XIAO Capsule(NLXC) on increasing therapeutic efficacy and reducing toxicity for 60 Co radiation.Methods The inhibitory rate on tumor growth,variability of blood cell,immune function,liver function and kidney function were measured in mice transplanted with S180 tumor.Results NLXC had significant inhibitory effects on the growth of S180 tumors in the mice.The inhibitory rate was 49 79%.It could also reduce the decrement of WBC and RBC number caused by 60 Co ,enhance the weight of immune organ,and recover functions of liver and kidney in mice.Conclusions of NLXC may increase the treating effects and reduce side effects while 60 Co radiation.
