乳腺癌手术经历了由小到大 ,再由大到小的曲折过程。目前关于乳腺癌手术方式的选择、切口的选择、皮瓣分离、腋窝淋巴结清除以及神经的保护等方面还存在一些问题。着重介绍近几年广为接受的针对上述问题的方法。

The operation of breast cancer has undergone a complicated process from local resection to extended resection,and then from extended resection to local.At present,there are several problems about the operation of breast cancer,such as selection of operation modality and incision,skin flap dissociation,axillary dessection and axillary nerves protect,and so on.This article introduces some wethods to resolve above mentioned problems.
