摘要
以少量高沸点的二甲基甲酰胺代替丙酮合成水溶型聚氨酯 ,同时用磷酸使扩链反应缓慢进行 ,使溶剂用量大大减少 ,合成的乳液不需要脱除丙酮 ,简化生产工艺 。
The acetone was replaced with dimethyl formamide in the synthetizing of waterborne polyurethane.The chain extending reaction slowed down by using phosphoric acid and the quantities of solvent were reduced greatly in the synthetic reaction.So the solvent needn't be removed. As a result, the production cost and the process were reduced and simplified, separately.
