民爆器材是一种广泛应用的易燃易爆品 ,它的安全性评价是系统的、细致的和必要的。基于对现有安全性评价方法的理解和分析 ,结合民爆器材的特点 ,该文提出了安全评价的系列化 ,尤其提出了“原始评价”和“管理评价”。同时建议采用“相对评价”和“关键危险源评价”的方法 ,在保证评价的可靠性和准确性的前提下 。

Because of explosive materials is a kind of combustible and detonable product,so it is necessary that security evaluation should be conducted systematically and seriously.Based on understanding and analysis to method of security evaluation and combined with characteristics of explosive materials.Series of security evaluation,especially original evaluation and supervisory evaluation is prposed.Be sure the reliability and accuracy of security evaluation,in order to simplify evaluation content and evaluation workload,relative evaluation and key dangerous sources evaluation and also proposed.
